As an extra precaution, we are taking the following steps to provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone.

Health and Safety staff:

We have assigned department staff, that are responsible for reporting and guidance to ensure the best standard of cleanliness and staff health safety practices.

Service Work:

Upon receiving our customer's vehicle, Steering wheels and seats are sanitized. Also, our employees are wearing gloves while working on any vehicle.

Sanitation station and sanitation wipes:

At high traffic locations, we have provided hand sanitation station. Also, there are hand sanitizers available at service desks, reception and lounges.

Due to current COVID-19 situation, we are temporarily discontinuing offerings of any food items while you wait for service.

Travel Restriction:

We are restricting unnecessary business travel by our staff associate. Our staff is also required to advise any international personal travel. Any of our employees is required to self-isolate if they have come from any international destination.

Test drive and Loaner Vehicle:

All hard and soft surfaces of our test drive and loaner vehicles are being cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down every time they are used.

Shuttle Service Vehicles:

All hard and soft surfaces of our shuttle service vehicles are being cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down every time they are used.

Recently Purchased New or Used Vehicles:

Our team has taken all the precautions to safely deliver your vehicle to you if you are in isolation or cannot leave your home.

At-home shopping and test-drives:

Given current recommendations for social distancing, we have updated available options for vehicle purchasing and services. To ensure that our valued customers are well-served and also safe, we can facilitate an at-home purchase by offering off-site test-drives, providing walk-around videos for vehicles, facilitating paperwork online and providing at-home delivery of the vehicle.


In addition, to make it easier to use our services, we are offering to pick up and drop off vehicles for service along with select mobile services. Please call us for more details on how we can assist in this difficult time.
